  • HEART OF FLORIDA LEGAL AID PROVIDES SERVICES TO FINANCIALLY ELIGIBLE CLIENTS THAT ARE AT OR BELOW 125% OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY GUIDELINES. THERE ARE NO FEES FOR REPRESENTATION. THROUGH PRIVATE, CORPORATE, AND GOVERNMENTAL DONATIONS, WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FUND MANY LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE DISADVANTAGED OF POLK, HARDEE, AND HIGHLANDS COUNTIES.
