Who we are

As parent volunteers on a school PTA board we faced a difficult and unintuitive process of filing taxes for our nonprofit. Form 990, even the 990-EZ, was intimidating, and the tools meant to help file federal and state forms left a lot to be desired.

As engineers with experience building products, we decided we could do better, and built a tax filing service for nonprofits that saves volunteers time and saves nonprofits money.

The result is 990.tax, built with nonprofit volunteers in mind. We hope you use the time saved on tax filing to advance your organization’s mission.
