Forgot your password

- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?.
- Enter the email address on your account and send.
- Open the email “Reset your 990.tax password” and follow the link. It works for 60 minutes.
- Type your new password twice and save. You can now sign in with it.
Password rules
- At least 8 characters
- At most 72 bytes (about 72 ordinary characters)
- Both entries must match
The page says “Check your email for a link to reset your password” whether or not the address has an account. That keeps others from finding out who has one.
You can also send yourself a reset link while signed in: Account → Send me a password reset email.
Questions
The reset email did not arrive.
Check your spam or junk folder for “Reset your 990.tax password”. Make sure you typed the address you signed up with: for privacy we show the same message whether or not an account exists. Still nothing after a few minutes? Email [email protected].
The link says “Incorrect code provided”.
The link has expired (after 60 minutes) or was already used. Request a new one.
