Your account

Sign up with your organization’s name or EIN and an email address. There is no password at sign-up; set one later with “Forgot password?” to sign in again.

Sign in at app.990.tax with your email and password. Too many wrong tries lock sign-in for 15 minutes.

Choose “Forgot password?”, enter your email, and follow the link we send. The link works for 60 minutes; the new password needs at least 8 characters.

On the Account page, enter your current password and the new one twice. Your other browsers and devices are signed out.

Before you sign or pay the first time, 990.tax emails a 6-digit code to confirm your address. It is valid for 10 minutes and asked only once.
