In fact, Latinos have an impact in all aspects of life. We advance Latinos to positions of influence and power through cross-sector leadership development, entrepreneurship support and the activation of our national Latino professional network. By unlocking the full potential of Latino leaders through access to technical and social capital, we will reach our goal of successfully building power, driving change, and generating wealth.
