The program launched and graduated five (5) Latino entrepreneurs with the following representation: a) three (3) Female-led companies and two (2) Male-led companies; b) four (4) companies generating between $150,000 and $500,000 in annual revenue and one (1) company generating above $1,000,000 in annual revenue. Each entrepreneur was assigned two (2) formal advisors that meet individually on a monthly basis and collectively on a quarterly basis. The program included subject matter experts, thought leaders and an expert speaker series that covered a range of key business topics including Mastery of Financial Statements, Sales Best Practices and Neuroscience based Leadership.
