THE FORUM'S MISSION IS TO FACILITATE COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION SHARING OF BEST PRACTICES FOR LEGAL DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT AMONG GENERAL COUNSEL AND OUTSIDE COUNSEL AND TO FACILIATE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT AND EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT.

- TO PROVIDE A FORUM TO GENERAL COUNSEL AND MANAGING COUNSEL OF BUSINESSES BY HOLDING SEMINARS, SYMPOSIUMS, AND FACILITATING RESEARCH AND EDUCATION ON SUBJECT MATTERS BOTH COMMON AND UNIQUE TO SUCH LEGAL COUNSEL.
