THE INITIATIVE PARTNERS WITH FAMILIES, THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS TO LEVERAGE RESOURCES FOR- AND INCREASE AWARENESS OF- THE HEALTHCARE, NUTRITION AND EARLY DEVELOPMENTAL NEEDS OF THE STATE'S YOUNG CHILDREN.Expenses $338,754
