AN ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTION, INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT TO CITIZENS IN NEED OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND OTHER DRUG ABUSE SERVICES IN SOUTH CAROLINA.

- EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY: A SIGNIFICANT PART OF THE ASSOCIATION'S MISSION IS TO EDUCATE SOUTH CAROLINIANS ON THE EFFECTS OF USING ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND OTHER DRUGS. THIS ALSO INCLUDES A WIDE ARRAY OF PREVENTION, INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT SERVICES FOR THOSE IN THE COMMUNITY.Expenses $670,137
