Program accomplishments
- VOLUNTEERS PLAY A CRUCIAL ROLE IN PROVIDING SUPERIOR PATIENT CARE AT PRISMA HEALTH-UPSTATE. THESE VOLUNTEERS HELP TO SUPPORT THE PRISMA HEALTH-UPSTATE MISSION IN SERVING THE COMMUNITY. IN A YEAR, OVER 850 PEOPLE WILL VOLUNTEER TO HELP MEET THE HEALTH CARE NEEDS OF THE PRISMA HEALTH-UPSTATE COMMUNITY. VOLUNTEERS HELP IN THIS EFFORT BY VISITING PATIENTS, ESCORTING PATIENTS AROUND THE HOSPITAL, RUNNING THE GIFT SHOP, HOLDING NEWBORN BABIES, DELIVERING MAIL AND THROUGH MANY OTHER SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES.Expenses $1,417,098 · revenue $455,492
