Mission
The Flora of Virginia Project inspires conservation of Virginia's native flora through education, outreach, and production of the "Flora of Virginia," in print and electronic formats.
Program accomplishments
- Secure the sustainability of our publications by migrating Flora's data to a custom database on an institutional platform to provide security, recency, and governance.Expenses $69,914
- Work with partners to update Flora data when migration is complete to ensure Flora of Virginia App contains the most current and reliable information available.
