TO PROVIDE THE APPLE BLOSSOM FESTIVAL TO THE COMMUNITY OF WINCHESTER, VIRGINIA.

- THE FESTIVAL IS AN ANNUAL EVENT WITH 53 UNIQUE EVENTS INCLUDING: PARADES, CRAFT FAIR, DANCES, LUNCHEONS, ETC. TOTAL TICKETS SOLD WAS 26,561, AND IT IS ESTIMATED THAT OVER 100,000 ATTEND THE PARADES ALONG THE 1.5 MILE PARADE ROUTE.
