AMERICAN SUBCONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION OF METRO WASHINGTON PROMOTES AND PROTECTS THE RIGHTS AND INTERESTS OF SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS BY BUILDING STRENGTH IN COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATION, LEGISLATION, NETWORKING, AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH.
