TO ASSIST CITIZENS RETURNING TO SOCIETY FROM CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES BY PROVIDING THEM THE RESOURCES AND GUIDANCE TO INCREASE THEIR CHANCES OF SUCCESS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.

- TO HELP CITIZENS RELEASED FROM MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS WHO RETURN TO WAYNE COUNTY AND DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE REENTRY SERVICES FUNDED BY MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS REENTRY CONTRACT. LIBERTY AND FREEDOM NOW PROVIDES CARE COORDINATION AND PREPARES A CARE PLAN FOR PARTICIPANTS, WHICH INCLUDES HOUSING, PERSONAL HYGIENE AND SANITATION SUPPLIES.Expenses $3,570
