THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES CRITICAL HOME REPAIRS, FOCUSING ON SAFETY, SECURITY, ACCESSIBILITY AND WEATHERIZATION, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOW-INCOME HOMEOWNERS.
