THE USA TRACK & FIELD FOUNDATION PROVIDES A MEANS TO ATTRACT AND GUIDE FUNDS TO NEW AND INNOVATIVE TRACK AND FIELD PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE COMPETITIVE EXCELLENCE AND EXPAND INVOLVEMENT IN THE SPORT. ACTIVITIES ARE PRIMARILY GRANT-MAKING
