THE LABOR COUNCIL ENGAGES IN COLLECTIVE BARGAINING FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT RELATED PERSONNEL. OUR MISSION IS TO REPRESENT OUR MEMBERS AND THEIR BARGAINING UNIT IN NEGOTIATIONS, ARBITRATION, LITIGATION, AND LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS.
