THE PENNSYLVANIA ASSOCIATION OF CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYERS IS COMMITTED TO EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW AND REPRESENTS THE PERSPECTIVE OF PENNSYLVANIA ATTORNEYS WHO ARE ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN PROVIDING CRIMINAL DEFENSE REPRESENTATION AND AIM TO PROTECT AND ENSURE BY RULE OF LAW THOSE INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS GUARANTEED BY THE PENNSYLVANIA AND UNITED STATES CONSTITUTIONS.

- FOUNDED IN 1988, PACDL PROVIDES THOUGHT LEADERSHIP, JUDICIAL AND LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY, AND TIMELY, RELEVANT, AND REALISTIC TRAINING IN A COLLABORATIVE NETWORK TO HELP PENNSYLVANIA CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYERS BE BETTER INFORMED, PREPARED AND POSITIONED TO ADVOCATE FOR PERSONS ACCUSED OF CRIMES.
