TO PROVIDE AN OUTLET FOR YOUTH RECREATION IN OUR AREA WHILE PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEADERSHIP, COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT, RESPONSIBILITY, COOPERATION AND FAIR PLAY FOR THE PARTICIPANTS.
