NAFB EXISTS TO LEAD, PROMOTE, AND SUPPORT GROWTH IN AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL LIFESTYLE BROADCASTING FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR MEMBERS, AUDIENCE AND INDUSTRY.
Program accomplishments
- CONVENTION-THERE ARE TWO CONVENTIONS HELD EACH YEAR, THE ANNUAL CONVENTION AND THE WASHINGTON DC CONVENTION. THE CONVENTIONS ARE CONDUCTED TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT SESSIONS, GUEST PANELS, AND AWARD CEREMONIES. AT THE CONVENTION MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS ARE HELD. THERE IS ALSO AN OPENING RECEPTION AND BANQUET IN ORDER FOR MEMBERS AND GUESTS TO NETWORK. AN AVERAGE OF 800 PEOPLE ATTEND THE ANNUAL CONVENTION HELD IN KANSAS CITY.Expenses $636,720 · revenue $820,410

EACH BROADCAST COUNCIL AND STUDENT MEMBER OF THE NAFB HAS ACCESS TO THE NAFB NEWS SERVICE.
