Receipts

- Sign in and open the organization, then the paid return.
- Choose Receipt. Stripe’s receipt for the payment opens, with the amount, date and payment method. Print it or save it as PDF from your browser.
The receipt is separate from the IRS acceptance. For your records, keep both: the receipt for the payment and the filed return’s PDF and acceptance email for the IRS; see Your return was accepted.
Can’t find it? Email [email protected] with the organization’s name and EIN.
Questions
It says “Receipt not ready”.
Bank payments take 1 to 3 business days to clear, and the receipt appears when they do. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay receipts are ready at once.
