TO PROMOTE, SPONSOR, MAINTAIN, DEVELOP, IMPROVE AND PROTECT THE ANNUAL EVENT KNOWN AS THE HONOLULU FESTIVAL AND OTHER SIMILAR CELEBRATIONS OF CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING, ECONOMIC COOPERATION AND RACIAL HARMONY BETWEEN AND AMONG THE PEOPLE OF THE AISA-PACIFIC REGION, ESPECIALLY THOSE OF HAWAII AND JAPAN.

- ANNUAL FESTIVAL - FREE 3-DAY EVENT WERE PLANNED AND PREPARED TO BE HELD AT VARIOUS VENUES ON OAHU FEATURING CULTURAL ENTERTAINMENT, EXHIBITS, DISPLAYS, DEMONSTRATIONS AND ETHNIC FOOD, CULMINATING IN A GRAND PARADE.
