To assist property owners within the Historic Core Business Improvement District of Los Angeles by providing property-owner funded safety, maintenance, and neighborhood identity services to promote clean, safe and economic development objectives in the district.
Program accomplishments
- Security Services - Providing increased public security through a combination of uniformed guards and working relationships with the City of Los Angeles Police, Los Angeles County Sheriff, and Los Angeles County Fire Departments.
- Sidewalk Services - Maintaining clean sidewalks and curbs and garbage removal.
- District Identity and Marketing - Improving Downtown Los Angeles through special projects, area branding and economic development support of businesses within the district boundary.
