Mission
The purpose of this local union is to improve the social and economic condition of the members; to maintain, develop and improve the working condition of the industry; to insure fair wages; to assure employment of the members.
Program accomplishments
- Labor Union that represents 6,000+ public sector professionals across 40+ Los Angeles City departments, providing essential services that has kept LA City running since 1894. Program services used to protect members from unjust and injurious competition and to sponsor programs.
