CJAC WORKS IN THE STATE LEGISLATURE AND THE COURTS TO REDUCE THE UNWARRANTED AND EXCESSIVE LITIGATION THAT INCREASES BUSINESS AND GOVERNMENT EXPENSES, DISCOURAGES INNOVATION, AND DRIVES UP THE COST OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR ALL CALIFORNIANS.
