Program accomplishments

  • We aim to bring ease and flow to our creative sector, to provide moments of care and support along the unwieldy journey of being an artist. The Center's quarterly Headshot Days at Effie House offer artists the opportunity to capture their essence in a single frame. We hire the incomparable Owen Scarlett at his full rate, then provide subsidized 30 minute sessions with him.
