Mission
To assist area color guard, percussion and wind ensembles financially and through leadership in achieving a means to provide opportunity for competition corresponding but not limited to the Winter Guard International's rules and guidelines. To provide a means to facilitate the exchange of ideas and information on subjects of common interest, namely winter guard and winter percussion.
Program accomplishments
- Gulf Coast Guard and Percussion Circuit successfully supported over 33 schools which combined had 51 units, and over 816 students and participants ranging from elementary school to senior guard programs. Gulf Coast Guard and Percussion Circuit also supported a winds group this year. The program gave 4 scholarships to 4 students, 2 in indoor percussion and 2 from indoor winter guard groups.Expenses $49,233
