Mission

To provide a group home for four to five disabled individuals in accordance with Minnesota statute 245D for Home and Community Based Services.

990-EZ for the year ended December 31, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • To begin commencement of our program services we must first pursue the required licensing for operating a group home and subsequently build or acquire a home suitable for these services. The licensing process through the Minnesota Department of Health MDH is a multi year process. This initial phase will require time and expenses to work through the process and submit the necessary applications.
  • In 2025 we continued efforts to obtain the required Community Residential Setting and Home and Community Based Services licenses from the Minnesota Dept of Human Services DHS. Once these license are granted we can proceed with fundraising efforts and advance our program service objectives. At this time MN DHS has placed a moratorium on the issuance of these licenses. We are working with experienced attorneys and our local legislators and community leaders to help elevate the attention of this project to the MN DHS and our local county Adult and Human Services branch.
