Mission
THE LEAGUE ALLOWS GIRLS TO LEARN THE GAME OF SOFTBALL AND THE VARIOUS SKILLS NECESSARY TO NOT ONLY SUCCEED IN SOFTBALL, BUT TO LEARN VALUABLE LESSONS TO HELP THEM LATER WITH LIFE EVENTS. THE LEAGUE ALSO ALLOWS THE GIRLS TO DEVELOP TO A LEVEL
Program accomplishments
- THE LAGUNA NIGUEL GIRLS SOFTBALL LEAGUE ALLOWS THE GIRLS THE ABILITY TO PLAY SOFTBALL WHILE LEARNING INDIVIDUAL SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES TO MAKE THEM SUCCESSFUL. THE LEAGUE IS OPEN TO ANY INDIVIDUAL REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY. THE LEAGUE ALSO SPONSORS A CHAMPS DIVISION FOR THE PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED CHILDREN. GIRLS FROM THE LEAGUE VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME TO HELP COACH THE CHAMPS TEAM. THE LEAGUE IS RUN 100% BY VOLUNTEERS. THERE IS NO PAYROLL EXPENSE.Expenses $220,170 · revenue $209,293
