HOME PRESERVATION PROGRAM: DURING FISCAL YEAR 2024, HFHIC PERFORMED 10 CRITICAL HOME REPAIRS ON NON-HABITAT HOMES FOR INCOME QUALIFIED SENIORS. SERVING 11 INDIVIDUALS, OF WHOM 4 ARE VETERANS. THIS PROGRAM ALLOWS SENIORS TO AGE IN PLACE IN THEIR AFFORDABLE HOMES, PROVIDING CRITICAL NEEDS SUCH AS RAMPS, GRAB BARS, HEATING AND INSULATION.Expenses $793,140 · revenue $480,474
