EMPOWER MEMPHIS CAREER AND COLLEGE PREP, INC. PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROMOTE CAREER READINESS FOR CHILDREN IN GRADES K-8 IN MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE, BY OPERATING A FREE PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL THAT PORVIDES RIGOROUS ACEADEMIC INSTRUCTION, EARLY CAREER EXPOSURE, AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. EMPOWER MEMPHIS SEEKS TO ACCELERATE ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT, FOSTER INDIVIDUALITY, AND CULTIVATE CAREER MINDSETS AMONG STUDENTS THROUGH INNOVATIVE, HANDS-ON LEARNING AND STRONG COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS.
