Mission

501c3

990-EZ for the year ended December 31, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • Our mission is to reach out to veterans, teens aging out of foster care and ex-offenders being released or with colorful pasts, by helping them transition back into society as a productive citizen. THE REFORM GROUP will provide a network of support and encouragement that will enable veterans, fostered teens and ex-offenders to become productive and functional members of society. Today, our mission comes to life through key focus areas: We work to ensure that everyone has what they need to succeed. We are redefining what it looks like to reintegrate back into society so veterans, fostered teens and ex-offenders have an opportunity to achieve their greatest potential so they can thrive. THE REFORM GROUP strives to build veterans, fostered teens and ex-offenders up. We believe that in order for people to become productive they need resources and support to reintegrate them back into society. We would like to meet ex-offenders at their point of need, whether that need is physical or emotional. We are reaching out to ex-offenders by providing social assistance to assist in their transition back into society. Helping ex-offenders successfully transition into society will not only reduce costly recidivism rates, but in most cases, will help break the intergenerational cycle of criminality. THE REFORM GROUP is changing lives by creating avenues to provide a skill set through working concessions at sporting events, concerts and sports arenas. THE REFORM GROUP is restoring hope, rebuilding families, and creating real second chances for those impacted by incarceration and life's woes.
