Mission
Our mission is to empower individuals experiencing homelessness mental health challenges and life hardships by providing compassionate support essential resources and opportunities for lasting independence. Through housing assistance daily living support community outreach and unwavering encouragement we help people rebuild their lives with dignity purpose and hope.
Program accomplishments
- Gracies Giving Hands provided transitional housing and supportive services to individuals experiencing housing instability and individuals returning to the community following incarceration. Services included safe and stable housing transportation assistance basic-needs assistance employment and resource navigation and referrals to behavior health and substance abuse outpatient services.
