Mission
THE LEADING TRADE ASSOCIATION WORKING SOLELY FOR THE UTILITY CONSTRUCTION AND EXCAVATION INDUSTRY IN EAST TENNESSEE. THE CORE PURPOSE IS TO IMPROVE THE OPERATIONAL PROFICIENCY AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF OUR MEMBER COMPANIES BY PROVIDING SERVICES THAT FOCUS ON SHARED INDUSTRY ISSUES.
