THROUGH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AND COLLECTIVE ACTION, THE UNION ADVOCATES FOR THE NEEDS OF THE STUDENT BODY, FIGHTS AGAINST DISCRIMINATION IN ALL ITS FORMS, AND NURTURES A CARING COMMUNITY THAT SUPPORTS THE PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LIVES OF ALL STUDENT WORKERS.
