RENEW,INC.S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE,ADULT SEXUAL ASSAULT, AND ADULT SURVIVORS OF CHID SEXUAL ABUSE THROUGH CRISIS INERVENTION, PUBLIC EDUCATION, AND AWARENESS
Program accomplishments
- Support: Advocates will assist with community agencies and the civil criminal justice system (e.g.., court support, advocacy with support aencies, safety planning). Information: Referals for legal aid, finanical and food assistance, housing,comunity resources. Information regarding safety planning, restraining orders,court apprearances, court documents and forms. etc. Community Education: Trained advocates provide schoool, agency, and community organization presentations and access to local, regional, state,and national trainings or trainers; many of them are FREE. During the current fiscal year, Renew provided direct services to persons in Montezuma and Dolores counties.Expenses $271,780
