- REEFLINE IS A SOON-TO-BE 7-MILE PUBLIC UNDERWATER SCULPTURE PARK, SNORKEL TRAIL, AND ARTIFICIAL REEF OFF THE COAST OF MIAMI BEACH. THE REEFLINE WILL PROVIDE CRITICAL MARINE HABITAT FOR REEF ORGANISMS AND HELP WITH COASTAL RESILIENCY.Expenses $280,853
