Program accomplishments

  • Teen Drop-In program. Youth do not have to be a member of the LGBTQ+ community to participate. This program is open to any teenager who wants to come. The program offers any and all youth who come a safe, fun, and productive space for them to meet friends, work on projects for school or other purposes, and relax with fun and games in a free social setting. This is accomplished in various ways such as a Friday night evening open drop in, weekend daytime crafts projects, and various other free social events for teens. We do not discriminate on who attends our programs.
    Expenses $25,000
  • Poughkeepsie Pride. An annual parade march open to everyone with no restrictions which fosters a safe and open atmosphere for anyone to come and express themselves. There is a festival open to any vendor, regardless of who they are. Attendees are welcome, regardless of who they are. This event acts as the premier program activity which we do once every calendar year. We do not discriminate on who attends our events.
    Expenses $22,000 · revenue $40,700
  • Art Club. A makerspace open to anyone who wants to create paintings, crafts, sculptures, or other creative works. This comes in the form of multiple recurring offerings which can focus on specifics mediums. This can be yarn/knitting, scrapbooking/paper, and watercolors, to name a few. We do not discriminate on who attends our programs.
    Expenses $20,000
