Program accomplishments

  • Parrott Hall in Geneva, NY, is in a state of disrepair. It is a property owned by New York State, and licensed from NYS Parks to both the City of Geneva and the Friends of Parrott Hall for rehabilitation purposes. Our primary activity is to raise funds to carry out timely repairs to Parrott Hall according to priorities set by a Preservation Architect. During 2024, we neared 90% completion of Phase II of the renovation project. The primary purpose was to replace rotted wood supports (floors and ceilings), limited masonry, and rehabilitation/reroofing of the veranda surrounding the building.
