- SVP CULTIVATES EFFECTIVE PHILANTHROPISTS, STRENGTHENS NONPROFITS, AND INVESTS IN COLLABORATIVE SOLUTIONS BUILDING POWERFUL RELATIONSHIPS TO TACKLE OUR COMMUNITYS SOCIAL CHALLENGES. SVP TUCSON'S PROGRAMMING SERVED 16 NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN 2025 TOUCHING OVER 97,000 PEOPLE IN PIMA COUNTY. SVP TUCSON PROVIDED OVER 40 CAPACITY BUILDING PROJECTS FOR THE NONPROFITS WE SERVED AND OVER 26 COACHING RELATIONSHIPS. SVP TUCSON PROVIDED OVER 2755 VOLUNTEER HOURS COMPLETED RESULTING IN 262,303 IN TOTAL VALUE FOR VOLUNTEER HOURS. SVP TUCSON HELD OVER 20 EVENTS THAT WERE SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND COLLABORATIVE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. PROGRAM OBJECTIVE: SOCIAL VENTURE PARTNERS (SVP) TUCSON STRENGTHENS LOCAL NONPROFITS TO CREATE SYSTEMS-LEVEL CHANGE THAT ADDRESSES THE ROOT CAUSES OF POVERTY. THROUGH STRATEGIC GRANTMAKING, CAPACITY BUILDING, AND COALITION-BUILDING, SVP TUCSON PARTNERS WITH NONPROFITS TO EXPAND THEIR IMPACT AND HELP FAMILIES ACHIEVE LASTING STABILITY. OUR APPROACH EMPHASIZES COLLABORATION, LEVERAGING EXPERTISE AND RESOURCES TO HELP ORGANIZATIONS SOLVE COMPLEX SOCIAL CHALLENGES MORE EFFECTIVELY. LONG-TERM GOAL: SVP TUCSON AIMS TO BREAK GENERATIONAL CYCLES OF POVERTY IN OUR COMMUNITY BY FOSTERING STRONG, RESILIENT NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND CROSS-SECTOR PARTNERSHIPS.
