Events consist of Deafblind retreats that focus on developing skills for DeafBlind using CNs, networking and training in tactile communication to enhance personal growth, increase personal self esteem, and build self-determination skills, CNs will learn DeafBlind etiquette, tactile communication, sighted guide techniques, and pro-tactile communication in an attempt to provide the DeafBlind campers with an enriching, independent experience.
