Program accomplishments

  • The 2024 Capstone Summer Research Program is the second year of our program's operation. The goal of this program is to provide a comprehensive research experience to students while helping them develop important research skills. We successfully hosted the program at Columbia University, the University of Oxford, and the National University of Singapore, between July and August, welcoming around 175 students and 15 program instructors. Students lived in college dorms and studied with their instructors on campus. We were able to be self-sustained through student tuition and accommodation fees, so we did not receive any grants for this program. We were also able to help several students waive their accommodation fees.
