TO ADVANCE PUBLIC INTEREST IN AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE CINEMA, ABOUT AND RELATED TO THE AFRICAN DIASPORA. TO EXPOSE THE PUBLIC TO THE WORKS OF ESTABLISHED AND EMERGING FILMMAKERS THROUGH FILM FESTIVALS AND OTHER PRODUCTIONS SUCH AS PANEL DISCUSSION, FILM SERIES, OUTREACH PROGRAMS, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES. TO PROVIDE FILMMAKERS WITH A FORUM TO EXPOSE THEIR WORKS TO THE PUBLIC.
