THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO REWARD ACHIEVEMENT OF UTEP STUDENTS, PROMOTE PARTICIPATION IN UTEP ACTIVITIES, DEVELOP SCHOOL SPIRIT AT UTEP, AND PROVIDE UTEP ALUMNI RECRUITMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
