Program accomplishments
- JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT (JA) CORE PURPOSE AND MISSION IS TO INSPIRE AND PREPARE YOUNG PEOPLE TO SUCCEED IN A GLOBAL ECONOMY. JA TEACHES YOUTH TO OWN THEIR ECONOMIC SUCCESS. OUR VOLUNTEER DELIVERED K-12TH GRADE PROGRAMS PROMOTE EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING TO INSPIRE STUDENTS TO DREAM BIG AND REACH THEIR POTENTIAL. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PROGRAMS: JA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PROGRAMS ARE THE FOUNDATION OF ITS K-12 CURRICULA. SIX SEQUENTIAL PROGRAM THEMES, EACH WITH FIVE HANDS ON ACTIVITIES, WORK TO CHANGE STUDENTS LIVES BY HELPING THEM UNDERSTAND BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS. A TOTAL OF 52,126 VOLUNTEER HOURS WERE USED TO HELP AND SUPPORT 5,716 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS, 4,537 MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS, AND 3,189 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS.Expenses $266,642
