TO SERVE ITS MEMBERS BY PROVIDING AND PROMOTING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO ENHNACE ITS MEMBERS' FREEDOM AND ABILITY TO BETTER SERVE THE PUBLIC AND TO CONDUCT THEIR INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS SUCCESSFULLY, WITH INTEGRITY AND COMPENTNECY, AND THROUGH COLLECTIVE ACTIONS TO PROMOTE THE EXTENSION AND PRESERVATION OF THE RIGHT TO OWN, TRANSFER, AND USE REAL PROPERTY.
