TO PROMOTE, FOSTER AND IMPROVE THE MISSISSIPPI NATIONAL GUARD AND THE NATIONAL GUARD OF THE UNITED STATES AS A COMPONENT OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES.
