THE ALLIANCE'S MISSION IS TO SERVE AS A VOICE FOR ITS MEMBERS IN ENHANCING THE WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN, FAMILILES AND COMMUNITIES IN TENNESSEE.

- THE ALLIANCE ACHIEVES ITS PURPOSE BY PROMOTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF MEANINGFUL PUBLIC POLICY AND STANDARDS OF BEST PRACTICE IN CHILD WELFARE WHILE ADVOCATING FOR NECESSARY RESOURCES TO MEET THOSE STANDARDS.
