Mission

We are a non-profit organization who provide low cost spay and neuter service for cats and dogs.

990-EZ for the year ended December 31, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • The Animal Protection League is an organization that firmly believes in spaying and neutering your pets in order to prevent unwanted litters of puppies and kittens, for whom there are not enough homes. We work with several Vet Clinics, who will charge us a reduced price for the surgeries and the required vaccinations at the time of the surgery. We also provide microchips, which is important to have, when a pet gets lost and thus can easily identified and return to its owners.

What it must file and when

IRS records say it files Form 990 or 990-EZ. Based on its last return; a smaller organization may file the 990-N. Its accounting year ends in December, so each return is due on the 15th day of the 5th month after that.
