In 2025, 52 new students signed up to attend KBC. KBC provides transportation for the kids to and from its weekly programs. A full dinner meal is served to all kids at KBC. Every other month, Ministry partner Casa de Libertad Church (a non-denominational church, which provides Spanish worship services) conducts a worship program at KBC for pre-K through 5th grade kids, and also provides dinner and conducts games for the kids. KBC held a back-to-school event where about 400 children in the community received backpacks and school supplies. At this event, reading books and clothes were also provided and lunch for guests was donated by the Good Food Servants Community Kitchen. As a result of the back-to-school event, 13 new students attend KBC's weekly program.

At camp, 6 kids moved up to a higher swimming level and 5 caught a fish for the first time. Camp is offered at no cost to KBC kids in need. Also, 48 KBC kids (ages 4 through 5th grade) attended VBS at FBC Canton and KBC middle & high school students served in a helpers role. Each child who attended (plus 12 others who missed the event due to illness, etc.) received a HBJ t-shirt & a Christmas gift from KBC. In addition, each KBC student completed a wish list from which they were provided a gift from KBC volunteers & other KBC supporters. KBC also provided KBC families with information on additional assistance in the way of Christmas gifts & food, as needed. In addition, 28 KBC 4th & 5th grade students presented our annual Christmas nativity play, which was attended by the KBC kids of other age groups, KBC volunteers & some KBC family members and friends.
